Is FlowLab an EDG-approved vendor?+
Enterprise Singapore states that EDG applications are assessed based on project scope, project outcomes and the competency of the service provider. FlowLab does not describe itself as an EDG-approved vendor or guarantee approval.
How much can EDG support?+
Enterprise Singapore currently states that eligible local SMEs may receive support of up to 50% of eligible costs. The actual support level and qualifying costs are determined through the application assessment.
Can FlowLab apply for the grant for my company?+
No. Enterprise Singapore states that third-party companies are not allowed to apply for or manage the grant on behalf of the applicant company. FlowLab can provide relevant supplier information such as scope, quotation, timeline and deliverables.
When can the project start?+
Enterprise Singapore says the project must be new and not commenced at the point of application. Starting work, making payment or signing a contractual agreement with the supplier before the application date means the project is considered commenced.
How long does an EDG application take?+
Enterprise Singapore currently states that each complete application takes approximately 8 to 12 weeks to process. If your business needs funding certainty, wait for the application outcome before committing to the project.
Does a FlowLab proposal guarantee grant approval?+
No. A clear proposal supports the application, but eligibility, qualifying costs, support level and approval are determined only by Enterprise Singapore.
