Information you choose to send

This website does not currently collect enquiries through an on-site form. If you contact FlowLab through WhatsApp, email or telephone, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details and the business workflow you want to discuss.

Website analytics and cookies

With your permission, FlowLab uses Google Analytics to understand visits, page usage and enquiry-button activity. This may include information about the device and browser used, approximate location, referral source and pages viewed. Analytics is disabled unless you select “Allow analytics” in the website notice.

Your choice is stored on your device. You may clear your browser storage to reset that choice.

How information is used

• To respond to an enquiry and understand the requested workflow
• To recommend a ready product, adaptation or custom solution
• To improve website information and measure marketing effectiveness
• To maintain business, security and legal records where reasonably necessary

Confidentiality and sharing

FlowLab does not sell your personal information. Your identity, documents, private processes and implementation details are not disclosed to another client without permission, including businesses operating in the same industry.

Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate communications and analytics, including Google, WhatsApp and your selected email provider. Their own privacy terms apply when you use those services.

Retention and your choices

Information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, working relationship, security or applicable business and legal requirements. You may ask about your information, request a correction or withdraw consent with reasonable notice.
